A: Dogs should be fed 2-3% of their bodyweight daily. Ideally over two meals, some seniors who need weight gain do better with it spread over multiple meals. To gain weight, feed closer to 3%, to maintain weight, feed 2.5%, and to lose weight feed 2%. We reccomend monitoring body condition and feed according to the individual dog.
A: Our Albright's products and Oma's pride products that state "AAFCO Complete" mean that they are formulated to be complete and balanced for all life stages. They do not need anything added to them, and can be fed as a complete diet. They are safe for all age dogs including puppies.

A: My favorite way to meal prep is to slightly thaw the roll so that you can still cut it with a knife, and weigh out each individual meal and place in a ziplock bag. Then, i refreeze the individual bags so that the night before I want to feed a meal I can pull it out and let it thaw in the fridge overnight. I keep dog dishes with lids on hand, and cover whatever my dog doesnt finish and offer again at the next meal. We do not reccomend leaving thawed raw food in the fridge for more than 48 hours. We reccomend the same safe food handling practices you take with preparing raw meat for your family meals as with this. This includes sanitizing preparing surfaces, scales and other utensils.
A: Albrights and Oma's pride use a variety of methods to ensure pathogens do not enter the food that goes in your dog's dish. This includes batch testing, macrophages and use of USDA inspected machinery.
A: Yes, absolutely! All food comes from the human food supply chain, and is USDA inspected. We do not approve of 3D/4D meats, denaturing, or synthetic ingredients in any pet food. If we wouldn't serve it to our dogs, we won't offer it here.
