FAQ

Order schedule:

  • All orders are due by the FIRST FRIDAY of every month. If you miss the cut off then your order will be placed on the following month’s delivery 
  • Deliveries happen 2 weeks after the order window is closed, and are always on a Friday. 
  • We deliver to drop locations in Orlando, Tampa and Lakeland, you will receive a separate order confirmation email the week before delivery with the delivery location address and details. Because the delivery locations are co-op member’s homes, we do not publish the addresses on this website. 
  • Deliveries arrive about every 5-6 weeks depending on how the days fall, we always recommend ordering enough for 6 weeks.

Q: Do you offer delivery?

A: We offer two types of delivery.

 Co-op delivery to the drop locations in Tampa, Orlando and Lakeland and FedEx delivery which can deliver direct to your home.

The cost for FedEx delivery is not calculated into the price of products and is extra. We are able to offer FedEx direct delivery on 30lb cases only. The price for co-op delivery is already factored into the price of the products. We do work with Roadie as well, please email ruffpakorlando@gmail.com for more information. 

 

Q: How do I pick up my order?

A: After you have received your confirmation email with the pick up address, you will be given a time to pick up from the drop location. It is always in the afternoon and on a Friday. We ask that you please pick up at the specified time and understand that additional frozen storage at the drop locations are not available. Due to the frozen nature of the product, you will want to pick up promptly.  If you are unable to pick up your order at the specified location and time, we ask that you get in touch with us ASAP at ruffpakorlando@gmail.com for other arrangements. If we do not receive communication from you, and you fail to pick up your product, you will forfeit your order without refund.  

 

Q: how are the deliveries sent to the drop locations?

A: We use Roadie for co-op deliveries, they provide tracking just like Uber does, and we will know an exact time they will arrive.
