2023 Current Delivery Schedule:
3/17, 4/21, 5/19, 6/16, 7/21, 8/18, 9/22, 10/20, 11/17, 12/15
- All orders are due by the FIRST of every month. If you miss the cut off then your order will be placed on the following month’s delivery
- Deliveries happen 2 weeks after the order window is closed, and are always on a Friday.
- We offer home delivery all over the state! Local orlando delivery can be selected at check out, and all other locations can be set up separately. For locations further than 100 miles, we like to use fedex with dry ice for overnight shipping. Anything within 100 miles we like to use our own delivery drivers who operate along a route.
- Deliveries arrive about every 5-6 weeks depending on how the days fall, we always recommend ordering enough for 6 weeks.

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We offer home delivery via our own delivery drivers or via FedEx/UPS depending on distance. Delivery is set up after the orders have arrived into our cold storage warehouse so that we can ensure you can receive your product. For specific delivery pricing, please email ruffpakorlando@gmail.com for more information.
Q: How do I pick up my order?
A: After you have received your confirmation email with the pick up address, you will be given a time to pick up from the main location in Orlando, or you may opt for home delivery at that time by replying to the email.
Q: Do you have inventory on hand?
A: Sometimes! You can always message us on Facebook or email ruffpakorlando@gmail.com to find out what we have in stock for same day delivery or pick up.
